Chad Hoecker, D.D.S.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Chad Hoecker is a 1991 graduate of Oklahoma State University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance.  To further his drive of entrepreneurship and interest in medicine, Dr. Hoecker returned to school to pursue dentistry. 

Dr. Hoecker received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor in 1998.  He returned to Stillwater, OK to begin his private practice as a sole practitioner.  Based on patient demand and dentist employment opportunities, he identified a business model for increased service and growth.  Capitalizing on his business background coupled with his dental experience, he has expanded his model to a multiple office concept supported by a centralized corporate office.  By utilizing a corporate management team, the company is positioned to a higher standard of quality, patient care, compliancy and growth.

Currently Ocean Dental provides high quality full service dentistry with more than 250,000 patient visits each year in 35 offices spanning 8 states.  Dr. Hoecker leads the executive management team as the CEO of Ocean Dental Corporate based in Stillwater, OK.  Ocean Dental employs over 650 employees to fulfill the company vision.  Ocean Dental strives to provide an unmatched dental experience for their patients and set the industry standard for team member opportunities and quality of work environment.
